AIRPORT SERVICES:

ARRIVALS:

DMS staff will ‘meet and greet' your arriving passengers at the Grantley Adams International Airport - or at the Barbados Seaport. Included with this ‘Meet and Greet' service is a personalized reception for each of your clients who receive an informative Welcome Booklet, a Welcome Briefing Invitation, and a Departure Reconfirmation Notice. Our Airport Representatives will carry a professionally made sign with your company name/logo when meeting all of your clients.

Additionally, your company's name/logo will be prominently displayed on our reader board which is positioned just outside the Arrivals Hall - next to the transfer dispatch booth - so that your clients can easily locate their arrival transfer vehicle.

DEPARTURES:

Upon departure, DMS will carefully check and reconfirm departure flight times, notify your passengers of any schedule changes or delays, and confirm that their airport transfers are on time. This careful attention to the details helps to ensure a smooth, hassle-free departure for your clients.

with the highest level of professionalism and competency.

ROUNDTRIP AIRPORT TRANSFER SERVICES:

•  Round-trip Airport Transfer rates as quoted herein include the transport of a maximum of two (2) pieces of luggage and one (1) hand-carried bag per person. The vehicle driver may charge for additional luggage.

•  Surfboards and windsurfing equipment require specially equipped vehicles for transportation which must be ordered in advance of arrival. Please notify DMS at least one week prior to the arrival of passengers with this type of equipment.

•  Airport transfers are handled via taxis, vans and motor coaches. Equipment is utilized on the basis of flight arrivals and numbers of passengers per flight.

•  Airport transfers are via air-conditioned vehicles.

•  Private transfers, transfers via specific vehicle types, air-conditioned transfers and limousine transfers are all available on request. There is a supplemental per person charge for these special services which will be quoted at the time the request is made.

All rates quoted are NET U.S. dollar rates, and inclusive of service charges and DMS Management fees unless otherwise noted. Rates quoted are based on tariffs currently in effect and subject to change. All rates are quoted in conjunction with Government Tariffs and DMS reserves the right to adjust all rates should these tariffs change. Gratuities for any services detailed in this tariff are not included in the rates unless so stated.

Please note that a Value Added Tax of 15% is added to most services and activities. Unless specifically noted, rates contained in this tariff DO include the VAT tax.

*** Rates for Private transfers are based on a minimum of two persons traveling.
